In this section, you have the possibility of selecting different time or place restrictions.
TEMPORAL
Campaigns and ads can be targeted by specifically selecting the periods when they should be active.
Begin and end dates
With this option you can select the date and time when the campaign should begin and end.
You can enter the date manually or select it from the calendar that appears on the right.
Begin and end dates with weekly timetable
With this option you can select the date and time in which a campaign should begin and end, and also target it according to a timetable per day of the week.
You should select a beginning and an end. Then, you should choose the time slots on the days that you would like the campaign to be active.
Multiple begin and end dates
This option is used in cases where the campaign runs in uninterrupted periods.
You should complete the diverse periods in which you would like the campaign to be active. Each time you click on “Add a date”, you add a new effective period for the campaign.
Open campaing (no end date)
This option is used when the campaign has no defined end date. The beginning date is the only one selected.
Open campaing with weekly timetable
This option allows you to target a campaign without an end date, but offering the possibility of specifying a time range per day of the week.
You should select a beginning and, then, choose the time slots on the days that you would like the campaign to be active.
GEOTARGETING
On the DSP, you can target campaigns to be visualized, or not, in certain countries, cities or specific locations.
This type of targeting functions by means of the recognition of each user’s IP. e-planning exchange uses NEUSTAR company as the GEO LOCATION provider (www.neustar.biz).
Country Targeting
Show in these countries (Positive targeting):
By selecting this option, you can choose the country or countries where you would like the campaign to be visible.
You should tick all the countries where you would like to run the campaign.
Do not show in these countries (Negative targeting):
By selecting this option, you can choose the country or countries where you would NOT like the campaign to be visible.
Show campaign when country is unknown:
This option will show the campaign when the country is unknown
Target by region or city
At least 1 country must be selected in order to use this option.
Show in these cities/Do not show in these cities:
When countries have been selected, you can additionally choose positive or negative city targets.
Show in these locations/Do not show in these locations:
When countries have been selected, you can additionally choose positive or negative location targets.
