When you create or edit a Section, Subsection or Space a field box called Visible name showson-screen:
This field box allows you to work with specific names for administrative and statistical management purposes whereas the Name field remains as the reference to use in codes (Ajax V4):
This facilitates all names' change management after implementation, and/or different names' preferences implementation/management in the tool.
IMPORTANT For objects (Sections, Subsections/Spaces) created before the field box “Visible”, they will show a blank one until it is specified. In case there is no Visible Name to show, the system will take the Name already specified for both code and administrative nomenclature. |
