The creation of a dynamic ad will be only available as an option if the DSP account is DCO service active.

 

In order to manage dynamic ads, the campaign should belong to an advertiser with an associated 'Store'.

The association of the store to the advertiser may be performed when the campaign is created:

The store or stores to be used should be previously associated to the DSP account.

Once the advertiser is already associated to the store, you may continue with the Campaign form (in order to create ads, save the campaign basic settings):

 

Upon completion of this phase, the ads may be managed. In this case, as an advertiser with an associated store was selected, an additional option will be displayed:  Add DCO

- Name (Mandatory)

State the name of the campaign's ad. 

 

 - Format (Mandatory)

'DCO - Showcase' is selected by default. Only option available. This is the most used form for DCO. 

 

 - E-commerce store (Mandatory)

The store associated to the campaign's advertiser is selected by default. 

 

 - Filter by products prices (Optional)

A range of prices or a maximum/ minimum price may be selected so as to filter the products to be displayed from this DCO ad. The prices of the products will be set by the store previously integrated to e-planning. 

 

 - Categories of products (Mandatory)

The category of the products to be displayed should be selected from this DCO ad. The list of categories will be set by the store previously integrated to e-planning. 

 

Strategies for DCO (Optional)

In the same loading form you may select among the following strategies:

       

       

       

      
In this last case, the difference between them is that as there is a possibility to show more of a product (or item) in the final ad, the strategy to be applied may be selected when the user at the other side is being retargeted by displaying a product he has already visualized. In these cases, it is feasible to display that one and other similar ones of the same category.

 

- Number of items to be considered

The maximum number of items (products) to be displayed in the ad may be stated, in case the 'space' so allows.  This is directly related to the space bought in the site. Example: If the DCO ad is run in a 728x90 format, 3/4 items may be surely displayed.

In case there is enough 'space' to display more than the ones taken as a number, the place where they might have been displayed will appear as empty.

 

- Scheme of colors (Mandatory)

You may indicate the color related to the store or the ad to be displayed. This will cause an impact on the Purchase buttons, edges, etc.

 

- Prefix for click URL/ Parameters of click URL (Optional)

Click URLs change their dynamic shapes together with the product to be displayed.  Everything comes from the already integrated XML.

The indicated fields enable to take specific metrics so as to analyze from another platform where the information is centralized from. Macros may be applied.
