Campaign Edition - Bulk Upload

This tool to edit as many campaigns as needed in just one step using an .xls template.

To start working with this feature access > Orders > Campaigns > List

You´ll find the option there:

For individual campaign Edition

Or you can also edit several campaigns at the same time:

 

The system will download a template with all the campaign information. It will also add the Campaign ID:

 

 

If you are working with more than one Campaign, the file will include them all.

 

Important!

The same “treatment” as the Campaign Name column must have in the “new campaigns upload” the Campaign ID must have.

You must drag down the Campaign ID up to the last “completed” row. This applies on the columns that can take multiple values:

Spaces (The campaign can run on different spaces, not just on)

Dates (Beginning/End – You can set as many “intervals” as you want)

Week Hours (You can set many for your campaigns)

Keywords (Keywords name/Keywords value/Keyword price)

 

Campaign ID > You must not erase the Campaign ID column by any means. 

 

Once the edition is complete, you´ll need to upload the file again. Select you file and “Edit” as the operation. Then click OK to finish the process:

 

Possible Results

This works the same as “Adding” new campaigns. The system will check all the information added in the template.

Correct the mistakes (in the original template) and submit it again.
