Reporting

E-Planning DSP has a series of reports that allow cross-referencing different variables to obtain relevant information and statistics on the performance of campaigns and ads.

The reports are divided between campaign reports, which provide statistics on a specific campaign, and global reports, which provide statistics on different campaigns at the same time.

Global reports

To access the global reports, select the Reports option in the top menu:

You will then be able to select the report you want to run, along with the time range for which you wish to get information. In case none of the predefined time ranges fit your needs, you can select the Other date option and enter two random dates.

Then click on the Run button to view the result. Once the report has been executed, it is also possible to download it in XLSX (Excel), CSV or PDF formats.

Campaign reports

To access the reports for a specific campaign, click on the button with a report icon in the campaign list:

You will also find this button within the campaign editing form.

You will then enter the Reports section, where you will find three types of reports: Troubleshooting, Advanced reports and Preset reports.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting allows you to quickly obtain three metrics of your campaign: bids, impressions and spend. These are displayed in real time for the last 4 hours. With this information you can quickly know if the campaign has started bidding and if it is succeeding in displaying ads.

Advanced reports

Advanced reports allow you to cross two campaign variables and generate reports based on them. All advanced reports will show both selected variables plus impressions and clicks for each combination.

You can also define a temporal range to obtain the information, either with the preconfigured temporal options (today, yesterday, last week, etc) or by selecting the “Other date” option and entering two random dates.

In case the selected campaign belongs to a group of campaigns, you will find a menu on the right where you can select other campaigns of the group.

Then simply click on the Consult button to visualize the result. Once the report has been executed, it is also possible to download it in XLSX (Excel), CSV or PDF formats.

Preset reports

Like the global preset reports, the preset reports per campaign allow you to run specific reports on the data of a particular campaign, with information that are not usually available in the advanced reports.

To use them, click on the Preset Reports tab. Then select the report of your choice and define a time range for it. Then click on the Run button to get the result. Once the report has been executed, it is also possible to download it in XLSX (Excel), CSV or PDF formats.

As in the advanced reports, in case the campaign is within a group of campaigns, it is possible to select another campaign from the group to obtain reports directly.
