Restriction of Advertisers for 'Agency' Users

The option Agency users’ operation restriction enables the access of only a selection of advertisers for such user and not all the ones the agency is associated to.

This restriction works on a statistical level, a usual access type available for these Agency external users by default; but nowadays, there's the possibility to get access to particular advertisers’ reports only.

The use of this kind of option focuses on Agencies dealing with campaigns of several advertisers with the media, and internally with the statististical follow-up of such campaigns, which only refers to people managing the advertiser’s account in the agency.

 

In order to use it, follow these steps:

- Create the Agency (It not created yet)

- Associate the agency to the corresponding advertiser and/or associate it to the campaigns to be associated to >> The functionality will apply both to advertisers associated to the agency by default and/or to campaigns such agency has been manually associated to.

- Creation of user / Restriction

The user may be created after managing the campaigns the Agency is associated to or beforehand. In both cases, once generated with statistical access, you may see the details of campaigns since the time they started to run up to the time the reports are being analyzed.

At the time of selecting the Agency the user belongs to, if it already has linked advertisers/advertisers’ campaigns, the option to select the corresponding advertisers will appear in the form:

Additionally, the user may be created without the 'Restriction' and then edited to apply such limits.

 

When the user with an applied restriction accesses e-planning, he/she will see information about those advertisers/ selected campaigns only.
