Rich Media Campaign Summary

 

The RM Summary report may be accessed by clicking on the campaign's name in the List of campaigns shown in the “Statistics” section.

These types of campaigns may be distinguished by the orange icon appearing by the name:

 

This option will be available only if e-planning Ad Magic has been hired.
 
In this report, campaign data is organized by tabs and obeys to what has been accumulated since it began running.  In addition, each table comes with a chart and with the detail per date of all indicators considered in the table.

 

 

Tabs

Full summary of the campaign
This is the main tab as it displays a summary of the campaign's basic data, for example:  Impressions, Clicks, Frequency, Unique Users, CTR, unique CTR and total Stay Time (Glossary of Statistics).



Ad detail
This tab, which is displayed per ad, includes information in total numbers and percentages about start ad, complete ad and close ad.



Interaction

In this tab, you will be able to obtain the percentages referred to the user's interaction in the banner.
For example, as regards an ad with audio and/or video, you'll be able to see the percentage of times they were stopped or played.
Moreover, those statistics set up as Custom Metrics are listed under “Custom Actions”.



View Time

In this tab you can check users' stay time in front of the ad. Data is per ad, and averages and stay time per date are indicated.



 

Frequency

In this tab, you can see detailed information about the frequency by means of which unique users accessed the site/sites.   The column in which 'Frequency 1+' is detailed refers to having been seen more than once by 10 people (100%) and so on with the remaining frequencies.




The data shown in tables may be printed or exported in .csv / .pdf or .xlsx format. At the top of the tabs the mentioned options appear:

 
The Campaign Summary reports may be set up for push delivery by email, with the desired day frequency (Personal Preferences).
