SSP - Enable/Disable Individual Sites

This option allows the selection of individual sites that users would like to enable in Exchange.

By default, when enabling Exchange, the service is active for all the sites.

In order to be able to enable or disable the service for a specific site, users should set this up for each site individually. To do it, users should access the “Inventory” tab, select “Sites”, and click on “Edit”. There they can choose the desired option.

In the Edit view of the site, users will be able to verify that Exchange is already enabled. They can also make the necessary changes on this screen.

It is possible that users need to enable only one site or just a few sites, and not all of them. In cases where users need to disable a specific site from Exchange, they should unmark the Exchange checkbox:

A warning will appear indicating that as soon as the service is disabled, the site will stop receiving income:

This is how the disabled site will be visualized:

If users would like to enable the site in Exchange, they should leave the checkbox marked.

In addition, users can specify for which country or countries the site will be enabled.

They can opt to use the Global setup (specified when enabling Exchange):

Or, they can make a particular selection for the site:

As an additional setting, users can “Categorize” the Site under IAB’s standard categories. This will allow users to include the Site under one or several categories. From the demand side (DSP), when users opt to run a campaign according to Categories, the site will automatically appear in the appropriate one.
