Exchange Permissions: View/Configuration

From the Permissions option, you can manage each user access level to the Exchange section in the platform.

You can choose to give access to the configuration VIEW option:

In case a user must adjust/set the service conditions, he/she can be given access to the CONFIGURATION:

The management of these permissions will impact the access to the Sites level.

If the user only has permission to VIEW, when accessing a site he/she will be able to view, but not to edit any service configuration (they will be grayed out):

If the user instead has access to CONFIGURATION, he/she will be able to edit the Exchange configuration per each site:
