VPAID establishes a common interface between video players and ad units, enabling a rich interactive in-stream ad experience. Check this option if the ad you are uploading supports the VPAID interface.

When uploading/editing a Video Player SWF ad, you can indicate whether  the file supports the VPAID interface:
