Upload a new creative

In order to create a new creative, your campaign must have been previously saved. Once saved, in the campaign form you will find the creatives section. Click on Upload a new creative to add a new creative.

Once you enter the section, you will find the creative creation form:

In the creation form you can select the format of your ad. The formats are divided into three main categories:

  • Banner

  • Video

  • Audio

Select the ad format you want to add, and then complete the requested information. Some data are common to all formats, such as name, title or click URL. However, the files to upload for each format differ according to their type and features.

Optionally you can add up to three external impression tracking URLs. These consist of pixels that will be executed together with the ad and allow the measurement of impressions on third party platforms.

Once you have completed all the data click on the Add button.

Import tag

An external tag is an ad that has been uploaded on another platform and then imported into E-Planning DSP via a tag, which can be an HTML code in case of display or a VAST URL in case of video.

In order to import a new tag, your campaign must have been previously saved. Once saved, in the campaign form you will find the creatives section. Click on Import tag to import a new tag.

Once you enter the section, you will find the tag import form:

In the registration form you can select the type of tag to import. The tag types are divided into two categories:

  • Video Player - Linear MP4: used for external VAST URLs in video ads.

  • Banner - HTML: used for HTML tags, usually for display ads.

Select the type of tag you want to import, and then fill in the requested data for it. Once you have completed all the data click on the Add button.

Creatives list

Once you add ads, they will be listed in the Creatives section of the campaign form.

All creatives must go through a QA process by our team to ensure the quality of the ads. Therefore, you will notice that your creatives are in Pending status initially, and once approved they will become available for display. In case an ad is rejected you will receive a notification and our team will contact you for further review.

In the ad listing you will also find options to:

  • Pause the ad delivery (pause) or resume it.

  • Edit your creative or tag

  • Delete your creative or tag
