The ads block allows to block specific creatives immediately, removing the ads you do not want to display in your site.

Creatives are identified with a unique code, called Ad ID. This code may be extracted from the ad and listed into the platform to be blocked.

How to Get the Ad ID

In order to obtain the Ad ID of any ad, click on the E-Planning icon located on the upper right corner of the ads (1). A bar with the code will pop up on top of the ad (2).

Ads Block

Once you get the Ad ID, you can now block it by clicking on Ads Block (1) in the platform. Enter the Ad ID you want to block (2), and an optional description of why you want to block it (3). Then, click on Block (4) to apply the changes.

Once you have blocked the ad, a confirmation message will pop up.

List of Blocked Ads

Below the ads block form, you will find a list of all the blocked ads with the Ad ID (1), the date it was blocked (2), the user who blocked it (3), and any additional comments entered (4). You will also find an Unblock button (5) to revert the block.

Unblock Ads

If you want to revert the block, just click on the Unblock button that corresponds to the ad you want to actívate in the list of ads again.
