It contains a list of objects <gespacio>. The identifier is specified by the attribute gespacio_id and the data presented are:

nombre: group name
fecha_alta: group creation date
fecha_baja: if the group has been cleared, indicates the date it was deleted.
espacio_id: sites linsting, belonging to the group
