Tickets Creation

In order to create a ticket, access the section 'Create Ticket' (CREAR TICKET):

 

Once in the “Create Ticket” section, a similar screen to this one will display:

 

Please consider the following fields:

  • Subject (ASUNTO): It is the name of the new ticket
  • Refer to (ASIGNAR A): Here are the areas where the ticket may be referred to. The available areas are 'Tech Support', 'Rich Media' and 'Administration'

 

 

  • Inquiry (MOTIVO DE SU CONSULTA): Once the area where the ticket will be referred to has been selected, a new field to state your inquiry will display.

Each area has different types of inquiries available:

Inquiry (Technical Support)

 

Inquiry (Administration)

 

Description: Once the area assigned to the ticket and the inquiry have been selected, you must write a description of the issue.

 

Press 'Send' (ENVIAR) to submit the new ticket.
