To send “Rich Media” ads access the section “Create Ticket” (CREAR TICKET) located in the main page of the system:

 

Once in the 'Create Ticket' section, a similar page to this one will display:

Please consider the following fields:

  • Subject (ASUNTO): This is the title of your new ticket (For example: 'Ads for Push Expandable')
  • Refer to (ASIGNAR A): In this case always select the Rich Media area.
  • Inquiry (MOTIVO DE SU CONSULTA): Once you selected the 'Rich Media' area you will be able to set your inquiry. In this case 'Ads for Rich Media'(ENVÍO DE PIEZAS PARA RICH MEDIA):
