Sites creation
To create a new site, go to: Inventory > Sites > Add
The creation form will request the following information:
-Name (required)
Any name can be used as well as upper/lower case and other characters.
-URL (required)
Input the URL associated to the Site.
-Remarks (optional)
In this field, you can add any clarifications that may be needed.
-Personalized ID
In this field, you can indicate if an ID will be in another platform as well. It is intended generally to the integration of e-planning into other systems.
In case you want to create a user for the Site, the additional form should be completed:
Once the data is completed, accept the new site creation.
If you want to deactivate the Automatic Creation of Sections and Spaces, the global preferences should be active. Only if it is active, you will be able to select this option from the Site form (creation or edition):
Sites Creation: NETWORK
In the network-typed platforms, there are 2 types of Sites:
- Owned (direct managing, inventory and site html control)
- External (indirect managing, tags sent out for implementation)
In those cases, the creation form will have an additional field:
Type: XX Site (account name) – Self-owned II Different company Site - External

Apart from Type of Site, the site can be associated to one or several preset Categories/Networks in the account:
In case you prefer to request ad Approval from the sites, it is also possible to indicate it in this form:
If the account is set to calculate the Sites payment through Revenue Share as a Global Preference, the percentage assigned to the third-party site should be indicated on the same form:
