The uploading of data (Sections/Subsections and Spaces) may be made manually and individually from the platform, but we also offer a template to make this step faster, which may be initial in an Implementation Phase:

How can I obtain the template?

How do I fill the form?

The first step is to have the site or sites to which data will be added created in the interface: Sections/Subsections and Spaces:

Once this step is finished, the form may be completed.

A total of 5 columns is therein included:


 

- Site >>

Previously created in the ad server. The same name defined in the system will be used, to state which data should be loaded thereto.

Both the names of sections and spaces created in  e-planning should only contain letters from A to Z of the Latin alphabet and numbers from 0 to 9; no accent marks or spaces should be included (replace spaces by using underscore: example 'Box_izq'


- Zones >>

In this column zones and/or subzones of the site are defined. Please take into account that if the space to be created will belong to a subzone, it should be named as follows:

The subzone is always indicated by /. You may reach up to 5 levels in a subzone.

 

- Spaces >> 

The name of the space to be created must be indicated.



- Size >>

The fixed size in pixels may be indicated (width x height) or any of the following options:

VARIABLE: If it has variable size plus a recommended measure (I.e.: VARIABLE 300X250) 

TEXT: if only to publish text banners

INVISIBLE: if only pop unders, pop ups or layers will be published


- URL >>

This is a field in which the URL where that space is implemented must be indicated. 

Sections and spaces may be created from several sites at the same time, no template per site is needed.

Those data already generated in the ad server before the creation in a form will not be duplicated.  The system will only register those data not appearing in the account.


Once the form is ready, the following steps must be implemented:

- Erase the information text.

- Erase the names of columns.

- Save the form in .csv format (limited by tabulations) or .txt (limited by tabulations).

 

How can I upload the form to the Adserver?

From Inventory >> Spaces >> “Import”:
