Mobile Targeting
Mobile targeting options can be applied at the campaign and/or ad level.
In order to use this type of targeting option, the specific panel in the upload/edit form must be opened:
The options are:
• Brand
• Model
• Launch date
• Features
• Carrier
Targeting criteria are optional and they will be all disabled by default.

• Model
Segmentation can either be positive or negative for Brand or Model, not for both at the same time. When one is selected, an associated menu will pop up with the complete list of options. It´s recommended to use the filter to make the search easier.

What is a carrier?
A company offering telephone and data communications between points in a state or in one or more countries.
On the list you may find options, such as: Claro (for Argentina and other countries in LATAM)
With this type of targeting option you can show the campaign in one or more specific carrier.
Carriers are organized by country.
This segmentation can only be positive. There´s a list of carriers under each country. If the campaign is targeted to an specific country in a positive way, that´s the only list of carriers the system will show. On the contrary, when the country targeting is negative, that country list of carriers won´t show.
Important note! The “Mobile device targeting” panel is only available in accounts that have enabled the Rich Media Service. All campaigns targeted for any of the options in this panel will register Mobile Impressions at the billing level. |
Other targeting options: Technologic
All the targeting criteria can be applied, but for Mobile the following specific options are offered (only available at campaign level):
- By Browser (Safari Mobile, Blackberry Browser (RIM), Opera (Mini), among others.
- By Operative System (Blackberry, iPhone OS), among others.
