Uploading eCPM Reports by Country

Uploading eCPM Reports by Country

This feature allows you to update external information manually, regarding the eCPM value per country assigned to the Campaign/Ad.

Nowadays, you can manage external reports coming from the following providers:

- AppNexus

- RightMedia (or Yahoo Ad Exchange)

These are the steps to follow and the considerations to be taken into account:

- Create the campaign where you need the report to be associated.

- Include the tag that corresponds to the provider, for instance, App/RM(Y!).

These are the tags enabled for parsing and later report association:

AppNexus

Opc1

<script SRC='http://dot.foxnetworks.com/ttj?id=1440231&size=[WIDTHxHEIGHT]' TYPE='text/javascript'></script>

Opc2

<script type='text/javascript'>
var ref = '';
try {
 if (window.top === window.self) {
 ref = window.location.href;
 } else {
 ref = document.referrer;
}
} catch (ignore) { }
document.write('<scr' + 'ipt type='text/javascript' src='http://ib.adnxs.com/ttj?id=2108178&referrer='+encodeURIComponent(ref)+'&size=120x600&referrer=$enc_kw_url&cb=$random'></scr'+'ipt>');
</script>

RM/Y!

<script TYPE='text/javascript' SRC='https://ads.yahoo.com/st?ad_type=ad&ad_size=160x600&zone=4926255&pub_url=$kw_url'></script>

- If the tag is correctly parsed and recognized, a new option will be enabled in the campaign view page, that is, “Attach eCPM report”:

Report Format

AppNexus

- All reports must have .csv extension.

- They must contain the following columns:

publisher/site/placement/size/geo_country_name/imps/cost/cpm*

*The eCPM value should be delivered in decimal notation (not scientific).

For example:

RM/Y!

- All reports must have .csv extension.

- They must contain the following columns:

publisher_name/site_name/section_name/size_name/pop_type_name/country_woe_name/imps/gross_pub_comp/gross_pub_comp_ecpm*/publisher_id/section_id

*The eCPM value should be delivered in decimal notation (not scientific).

For example:

After you uploaded the first tag to the campaign, the one e-planning detected will be specified under “Provider”.

If you upload tags belonging to both providers to the same campaign, a menu will be enabled in which you can select which report to load:

- You should upload the report that corresponds to the provider/campaign (you can upload as many reports as updates you would like to make).

- Once the report has been uploaded, you will be able to verify inside each ad (if there are more than one) the way in which the data was assigned. You can do this by choosing the option “View eCPM per country”:
