Custom Clusters: Cxense

In case the DMP 'Cxense' provider is active, as there is no generic taxonomy, all segments (synonym of ¨cluster¨ for this DMP) used in that platform must be managed as 'custom clusters'.

As a first step you should create them in Cxense, and once created you should be able to download a .csv file containing data of such clusters (Name, ID and Description) to ultimately import them to e-planning. Or, you can upload them one by one manually directly to the Ad Server if you know the data the form requests for their registration/creation.

From e-planning, go to Inventory>Custom cluster:

Import

Once loaded (from any of the 2 options) they will show on the list:
