Tag / Recommended code - Advertisers
There are several possibilities at the time of uploading ads and sending the tag to the Site:
Upload the creativity and send the space Javascript V3 or Ajax V4* to the Site.
*We recommend the use of Ajax V4 because this version enables the user’s data verification, stating, among other data, which browser is being used and if the user may see or not pieces in flash. In case of using JV3 the ad server will not be able to verify this, which would imply that if the user does not count with the suitable plug in, he would possibly see a blank space instead of being shown the alternative ad in HTML5 (See more information).
In order to extract any of these codes go to: Inventory / Spaces / List / Select the space where the ad was uploaded / click 'HTML Code' / Select 'Javascript'/ 'Synchronic Ajax V4'
Both types of tags may be sent generically for the Space (it would show all associated campaigns) or the tag may be sent per Campaign (it would show only one particular campaign)
In addition, 'Javascript' may be exported massively, making the task of sending it to the media easy:
For both indicated cases, the media where the counting macro is to be applied should be indicated for a proper clicks’ follow-up. For more information about this issue you may consult the Related Link at the end of the article: Sending e-planning Tag to another Adserver.
The Advertiser may upload a 1x1 ad in case the Site uploads the creativity to its Ad Server.
For the Advertiser to have a registration of impressions and clicks to be generated, he should (in this case) send an impression url and a click url to the Site.
The way to get such URLs is the following:
Impression URL
Go to Inventory / Spaces / List / Select the space where the 1x1 ad was associated / Go to 'HTML Code' / In Type of code, select 'Image' as shown in the print on screen.
Click URL
Go to Inventory / Spaces / List / Select the space where the 1x1 ad was associated / Go to 'HTML Code' / In Type of code, select 'Link to count clicks only' as shown in the print on screen.
