The use of BT has the following options:

Push-selling will be discussed in detail in this document

Users who clicked on an ad. In the next browsing session, we show them a promotion of the same product, trying to generate a sale.

 

Profile configuration:

The Profile will be created only if users have clicked on the campaign ad.

The strategy consists in the configuration of the first campaign (1st. instance) and the joint activation of the mentioned profile. Then, and in order to complete it, a second campaign is created (2nd. instance) and segmented through BT for the 'Push-Selling' Profile. Therefore, the “reinforcement' message will be displayed only for users who saw the first campaign a certain number of times.

 

IMPORTANT!

  • The information takes 24 hours to be processed. This situation implies that if the user complies with the conditions on this date at 10:00 a.m., it may be impacted only by tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. by means of a strategy according to the profile assigned. This is not immediate, neither is the information statistically registered.
  • By applying BT segmentation, campaign priorities should be considered as part of the strategy. Campaigns with BT segmentation should be assigned a higher priority than the one assigned to the campaign “collecting” the information. This enables those users already included in the profile to be filtered by the strategic campaign and not again by the data collecting one.
